We are a small family farm located in Sisters, OR.  We currently wrangle a herd of ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens, American Guinea Hogs, and Livestock Guardian Dogs.  I (Rebecca) was born and raised as a city girl, but attending Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC solidified my love of the agrarian lifestyle and instilled in me the desire to be as self-sufficient as possible.  Thankfully I have an extremely supportive husband, and in 2014 we started Glimfeather Farms!  As most new homesteaders do, we began with a few chickens (which are the gateway animals in farming) and from there it exploded to trying goats, rabbits, ducks, guinea fowl, gardening, and of course livestock guardian dogs to keep them all safe.  With our recent move, we have downsized quite a bit and are now focusing mainly on our Nigerian Dwarf Goats.  All of our goats are ADGA registered, and we breed for milk, conformation, temperament, and hardiness.  Take a look around, and enjoy the farm!
